GENERAL CRITERIA: Bangladeshi Nationality Age range for principal card holder (unsecured): Minimum: 18 year to 65 year Age range for Supplementary applicant (unsecured): Minimum: 18 year to 70 year Age range for principal card holder (secured): Minimum: 18 year Age range for Supplementary applicant (unsecured): Minimum: 18 year ** (No maximum age bar for secured card)   ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER SEGMENT: a) Salaried Executives: 1.1. Premium Payroll Segment (PPS): Employee of selected corporate bodies who maintain salary account with OBPLC Employee of selected corporate bodies who maintain corporate relationship with OBPLC.   1.2. Executive Plus Segment (EPS): Employee of Other Banks, NBFIs, MNCs, UN Bodies, Reputed NGOs, LLCs etc. Employee of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body equivalent to Grade 10 as per 8th National Pay Scale   1.3 Other Salaried Executives (OSE)   b) Professionals Professionals like doctors, engineers & Chartered Accountants, Teachers of listed School, College, University etc.   c) Land lord / Land lady (Landlord)   d) General customers (GEN): Business individuals Other general customers   IDENTIFICATION AND INCOME /SECURITY DOCUMENTS: a. Required Documents (as appropriate) Color photograph NID / Smart Card Minimum 06 months Bank Statement For Salaried Executives: Letter of Introduction (LOI) from employer or Pay Slip/Salary certificate/copy of Increment/promotion letter if it covers the major information. For professional, Professional certificates as appropriate (BMDC etc.) For Business individuals: Trade License copy, copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association etc. Copy of house ownership for landlord/ land lady   b. Other supporting documents (as appropriate) Office ID / Business Card Copy of utility bill/Prepaid Card e-TIN /TIN certificate /IT 88 /copy of Income Tax acknowledgement etc.   c. Other required documents as prescribed by BB or Govt. authority from time to time
