| ONE Bank Limited Observes National Mourning Day – 2021

| ONE Bank Limited organised different activities in observance of
National Mourning Day 2021 on the 46th day
of Martyrdom of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the greatest
Bengali of thousand years, who along with his wife Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib
and other family members were assassinated by some misguided soldiers on
15th August, 1975. On this sombre occasion,
the Bank hung banners at its Corporate Headquarters and Branches in remembrance and honor
of the martyrs of August 15, 1975. The Bank also arranged a Virtual
Meeting and discussed on the life & contributions of Bangabandhu. The speakers acknowledged
the magnanimity, charisma, sublimity and greatness of Bangabandhu as a leader of Global Stature.
The nation will always remember his unfathomable contributions. The nation will always remain
deeply indebted to him. A tree plantation program was also arranged by the Bank. |
