Never reveal your ONE Bank Internet Banking user id & password to anyone .We recommend to change your password periodically to ensure that the information cannot be guessed or used by others.
Never leave your computer unattended while logged on to ONE Bank Internet Banking service. Others may come close to access your account information and do others activities like fund transfer.
2FA security token is an effective tool used to prevent interception and modification of your online transaction.
 
Keep your OTP security token in a safe place. Don’t allow anyone to use or keep your OTP security token.
Don’t disclose the one time passwords displayed by your OTP security token.
Don’t reveal the serial number of your OTP security token.
Don’t allow anyone to access or tamper with your 2FA OTP security Token.
Don’t write down your user ID and PIN on the OTP security token.
If the User’s 2FA device/token is lost or stolen, or is known by another individual, he/she must notify immediately ONE Bank through calling in Call Center to deactivate the 2FA device/token or I-Banking account and submit a written application at any nearest ONE Bank branch.
User needs to call 16269/09666716269 to unlock, lock Internet Banking (IB) User ID. User needs to call 16269 to unlock, lock or activate the 2FA token. Nonresident User needs to call +8809666716269.
Tips to Avoid Phishing, Don’t enter login or others account related sensitive information in any pop up window or any hyperlinks. You may get e-mails look like they come from a legitimate company such as ONE Bank or other businesses that you are familiar with. They may sometimes send you web link and can ask to log in or to enter your personal information such as credit card numbers, Internet Banking Access IDs and Passwords, and bank account numbers. ONE Bank highly recommend / request that never respond to those e-mail.

ONE Bank will never ask you to verify information via e-mail. If you think that you have received a suspicious e-mail claiming to be from ONE Bank or our affiliates, please forward it to us or call our customer service department at +88 01730353513
Our servers employ the maximum level of protection for your account information, using 128-bit Extended Validated Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. You can verify the security certificate by clicking on the padlock icon right side of your internet browser. Always ensure that you logout of your Internet Banking session once you have completed your banking business. Avoid using public or other unsecured computers for logging into ONE Bank Internet Banking.
Install anti-virus and spyware detection software on your computer. Keep these programs up-to-date. Free software may not provide protection against the latest threats compared with an industry standard product.
Disable the option on browsers for storing user names and passwords. Do not store passwords in a file on your personal computer. Clear the browser cache before starting ONE Bank Internet Banking.
