ONE Bank Green PIN Generation Process
Complete guide to generate your card PIN
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Call the ONEBank helpline at 16269 or 09666716269 from your registered mobile number.
Step 2: Select Language
Choose your preferred language on the IVR system.
- Press 1 for Bengali
- Press 2 for English
Step 3: Select Green PIN Service
From the main menu, select the Green PIN option.
- Press 0 for Talking to CSE
- Press 1 for Account Services
- Press 2 for Card Activation
- Press 3 for Green PIN
- Press 4 for Card Services
- Press 5 for QR Wallet
- Press 6 for Internet Banking & SMS
- Press 7 for TPIN Service
Step 4: Enter Card Details
Enter your 16-digit card number followed by the expiry date when prompted.
Step 5: Verification
A Customer Service Executive will verify your details and initiate the Green PIN generation process.
Step 6: Create Your PIN
Enter a secure 4-digit PIN of your choice when prompted, then re-enter to confirm.
Step 7: Confirmation
Your Green PIN has been successfully generated. You'll receive a confirmation notification on your registered mobile number and email ID.
Security Reminder
Never share your PIN with anyone, including bank staff. ONEBank will never ask for your complete PIN over the phone. Always ensure you're calling the official numbers: 16269 or 09666716269.
