ONE Bank Limited, a leading private sector commercial Bank of Bangladesh, as a part of its CSR activities arranged a scholarship distribution ceremony for the financially insecured but meritorious students of various educational institutions of Jashore, Khulna, Satkhira, Kushtia and Poradaha district on January 21, 2020 at Jashore Zilla Parishad Milonayatan, Jashore.
Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury, honourable Chairman of the Board of Directors of ONE Bank Limited distributed the scholarships among the recipients. Mr. M Fakhrul Alam, Managing Director of the Bank, made his welcome speech before the audience. Mr. Zahur Ullah, Chairman of Executive Committee spoke on the occasion. Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury in his speech informed the audience that ONE Bank has been working as a co-partner towards the development and welfare of the society by ensuring education for financially insecured but meritorious students for spreading the light of education. Mr. Wakar Hasan, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank gave his vote of thanks in the program. Among others, Bank’s Directors Mr. A.S.M. Shahidullah Khan, Mr. Kazi Rukunuddin Ahmed along with Senior Executives of the Bank, parents of the scholarship recipients, teachers and elites were present in the program.
