| Md. Anwarul Islam has been promoted as Deputy Managing Director of ONE Bank with effect from January 01, 2025. Prior to his promotion as DMD, he was the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) &Chief Legal Officer and Head of Recovery Division. He began his banking career as a Management Trainee at the City Bank PLC in the year 2002. He last served the City Bank as Head of Court Operations in its Legal Division. He has extensive practical experience in banking operations especially Legal Affairs & Recovery, Retail Monitoring, Special Asset Management etc. He attended a good number of training programs and workshops at home and abroad. He has obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) &LL.M degrees from the University of Rajshahi. |
