OBPLC SwopnoNeer is a specially designed terminating loan facility (EMI based) to construct single storied building, tin-shed/semi-paka house to fulfill the dream of owning a house.

Eligibility:

Any credit worthy individual having age between 18 to 70 years or retirement age whichever is earlier at the loan maturity date

Experience:

• Salaried Executives: Regular/Permanent employee with minimum 1 year of total experience and minimum 6 months with present employer.
• Professionals: Minimum 2 years of practice in the respective profession.
• Business Individuals: Minimum 2 years of business establishment
• Remittance Earner: Having remittance income for at least one year through legitimate channel

Minimum Gross Monthly Income:
