An EMI based collateral free Term loan facility offered to small business customers (Proprietorship, Partnership and limited company) for working capital, fixed asset purchase or any other legitimate business purpose.

Purpose:

  • Working capital
  • Fixed asset purchase
  • Any other legitimate business purpose

Features:

  • Loan amount Minimum BDT 2.00 lac to Maximum BDT 10 lac.
  • Repayment tenor minimum 12 months to maximum 36 months.
  • Finance against personal guarantee & hypothecation. No collateral required.
  • Grace period 3-6 months. For manufacturing- Grace period is must. For other business grace period will be given as per client request and nature of business.

Eligibility:

  • SME Entrepreneurs age limit: 21 to 60 years.
  • Business must have a valid trade license and has been operating for at least 2 years or more in the same line of business
  • Business is required to generate sufficient cash flow and profit to ensure timely repayment of loan
  • Small Enterprises as defined by BB
  • Guarantor age: For business guarantor - 21 to 60 years and for family guarantor - 18 to 65 years.
