Users can get the transaction details based on different transaction dates, by specifying the amount range and sorting on the transaction date, value date and the amount.

You can view loan details, loan transaction activity, repayments done, repayment schedule and the available loan interest rates for various loan products.

The Loan module also includes transactions for calculation of Loan amount and calculation of mortgage amount that you can avail.

You can view term deposit account details; you will get basic details of the deposit account like maturity date, maturity amount.

You can also view and download the account activity for any term deposit account under the customer IDs mapped. You can get the TD activity details for a given period, i.e., current period, previous period, or specified period.

Own Account Transfer
Using the Own Account Transfer, you can initiate funds transfer between any of your accounts, i.e. the accounts that are under the customer IDs mapped to you.

The payment can be processed immediately, or on a specific future date, or you can set recurring instructions with the bank.

Internal Account Transfer
Using the Internal Transfer, you can transfer funds within ONE Bank, i.e. you can transfer funds to any accounts of ONE Bank.

The payment can be processed immediately or on a specific future date, or you can set recurring instructions with the bank.

Multiple Internal Transfer
Using the multiple internal transfers, you can transfer money from one account to as many as five different accounts.

In addition you can transfer money from different accounts to a single or multiple accounts as per the instructions.

Interbank Fund transfer through Internet Banking. Fund Transfer from User Account to User’s or anybody’s Account maintained in other Bank(S) through BEFTN

User will be able to Create/ Modify/ Delete/ View Beneficiary for domestic fund transfer transaction from the Beneficiary maintenance.

User will be able to initiate the domestic fund transfer transaction BEFTN (ONE Bank account to Others Bank account) using Ad-hoc beneficiary or already created beneficiary.

National Payment Switch Bangladesh (NPSB) is processing Inter-Bank Internet Banking Fund Transfer (IBFT) transactions. An account/card holder of an IBFT member Banks can transfer funds (account to account/card and card to card/account) to other Banks through Internet Banking. In this regard as per Bangladesh circular and recommendation We have implemented the project and commercially Launched the service. This feature will allow Internet Banking Users to transfer fund from ONE Bank’s Account to Others Bank’s Account and Card. Transfer will take effect immediately (except human error or system failure/error).

There are two (2) terms used for the integration namely as follows.

Incoming Transactions:
Others Bank Account / Card Holder will be able to do fund transfer to ONE Bank Account / Card through their Internet Banking.

Outgoing Transactions:
ONE Bank Account holder will be able to transfer fund to Others Bank Account / Card through ONE Bank Internet Banking.

banking User should check before sending any fund to the beneficiary bank through IBFT. Please make sure that Destination/Receiving Banks Card type, Card BINs or Account types, Account Number Length, Specific Account starting Number has been allowed by beneficiary Bank to accept IBFT transactions. Everything should be proper format according to below list provided by Bangladesh bank. Update list will be provided as soon as received from Bangladesh Bank.

Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA) token is a Two Factor Authentication device, which generates a random OTP (One Time Password) that acts as a second level of authentication which is a service that we provide for your online transaction’s security. 2FA security token is an effective tool used to prevent interception and modification of your online transaction. After registering for ONE Bank Limited Internet Banking, customer will need the 2FA token to complete their financial transactions/transfers to keep their accounts secured and to do successful transactions. We are referring 2FA token as Hardware Token or Software Token.

2FA is a method of confirming a user’s claimed identity by utilizing a combination of two different components. Two-factor authentication is a type of multi-factor authentication. The use of multiple authentication factors to prove one's identity is based on the premise. The authentication factors of a multi-factor authentication scheme may include:
      Some physical object in the possession of the user, such as a USB stick with a secret token, a bank card, a key, etc.
      Some secret known to the user, such as a password, PIN, TAN, etc.
      Some physical characteristic of the user (biometrics), such as a fingerprint, eye iris, voice, typing speed, pattern in key press intervals, etc.

In these cases, system will ask for entering OTP (One Time Password) during transactions to be executed.

You can instruct the bank to transfer funds between your current and savings accounts periodically by setting up a standing instruction (SI) through our Internet Banking.

You can also view and cancel the standing instruction.

Cheque Status Inquiry
You can view the status of cheques if the Cheque is a valid cheque for the selected account. You can search for paid cheques, stopped cheques, paid cheques for a given period and for a given cheque range.

Stop Cheque Request
You can block a particular cheque and also can block a set or batch of a cheque by entering the cheque range.

Foreign Exchange Rate Inquiry
You can view the latest Exchange Rate for various currencies offered for buying and selling by the ONE Bank.

Session Summary
You can view the entire session summary of the previous five log sessions, and transactions carried out in each session along with the transactions’ status and time.

Change password During first time login, system will force to change the initial login password which will provide by ONE Bank and will allow you to set your password as your wish according to the Bank password policies.

You will have facility to change your password later at any time according to the Bank password policies. Bank recommends changing your password frequently.

  • Never leave your computer unattended while logged on to ONE Bank Internet Banking service. Others may come close to access your account information and do others activities like fund transfer.
  • 2FA security token is an effective tool used to prevent interception and modification of your online transaction.
    1. Keep your OTP security token in a safe place. Don’t allow anyone to use or keep your OTP security token.
    2. Don’t disclose the one time passwords displayed by your OTP security token.
    3. Don’t reveal the serial number of your OTP security token.
    4. Don’t allow anyone to access or tamper with your 2FA OTP security Token.
    5. Don’t write down your user ID and PIN on the OTP security token.
    6. If the User’s 2FA device/token is lost or stolen, or is known by another individual, he/she must notify immediately ONE Bank through calling in Call Center to deactivate the 2FA device/token or I-Banking account and submit a written application at any nearest ONE Bank branch.
  • User needs to call 16269/09666716269 to unlock, lock Internet Banking (IB) User ID. User needs to call 16269 to unlock, lock or activate the 2FA token. Nonresident User needs to call +8809666716269.
  • Tips to Avoid Phishing, Don’t enter login or others account related sensitive information in any pop up window or any hyperlinks. You may get e-mails look like they come from a legitimate company such as ONE Bank or other businesses that you are familiar with. They may sometimes send you web link and can ask to log in or to enter your personal information such as credit card numbers, Internet Banking Access IDs and Passwords, and bank account numbers. Bank highly recommend / request that never respond to those e-mail.
