| ONE Bank PLC held its 25th Annual General Meeting on July 25, 2024 at Lakeshore Grand, Gulshan, Dhaka. Mr. A.S.M Shahidullah Khan, Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the AGM. The Bank declared 3.5% Cash and 3.5% Bonus Share in the AGM. Beside honorable Shareholders, Bank’s Director and former Chairman Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury, Directors Mr. Kazi Rukunnuddin Ahmed, Mr. Shawket Jaman, Mrs. Anannya Das Gupta, Independent Director Former Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury were also present. Director Mr. Zahur Ullah joined the AGM on digital platform. Among others, Managing Director Mr. Md. Monzur Mofiz, DMD & Company Secretary Mr. John Sarkar along with Senior Executives were also present. |
